With the enhancement of the requirement about ship energy efficiency monitoring in shipping industry and the rise of intelligent ship technology,it is imperative to study ship energy efficiency condition evaluation.As the main energy-consuming equipment of ship,the evaluation of energy efficiency status of ship main engine is particularly important.During the voyage of a ship,it is necessary to objectively judge the current working conditions of the main engine by analyzing the operational parameters of the ship and the main engine,so as to accurately evaluate the energy efficiency condition of the main engine.In this paper,a 300,000-ton ocean bulk carrier is taken as the research object,and the ship's running records in good condition are taken as samples.Combining the principal component analysis method and BP neural network algorithm,the ship's navigation state recognition model and the main engine fuel consumption benchmark model are constructed respectively.During the ship's navigation,the ship's navigation data are processed by using the navigation state recognition model,and various navigation states are identified.In view of the ship's constant speed state at sea,the real-time operation parameters of the ship are analyzed by the main engine fuel consumption benchmark model,and the benchmark fuel consumption value of the main engine under current working conditions are obtained.The benchmark value is compared with the actual fuel consumption value of the main engine,and the residual value of the two is used as the basis to evaluate the current energy efficiency condition of the main engine.The results of model validation show that the accuracy of navigation state recognition model is 98.05%,and the accuracy of fuel consumption benchmark model is 98.47%.Both models have high reliability,The fuel consumption value output from the fuel consumption benchmark model can be used as a benchmark for evaluating the main engine energy efficiency conditions.The research results can provide some reference for intelligent energy efficiency management of intelligent ships.
