In recent years,the rapid development of expressway network has greatly met the people’s fast travel needs.However,with the increase in the use rate of expressway,the service efficiency of toll stations cannot meet the travel needs of people.At present,the expressway system mainly adopts the combined charging method of the IC card system and the ETC,which results in a slow charging rate of the entrance and exit,and congestion of the expressway toll station often occurs.In addition,the development of mobile terminal payment has changed the habits of the public.People are accustomed to using mobile phones to complete the daily consumption payment.More and more people are accustomed to not carrying cash,which also causes the vehicle owner to forget to bring money at the toll station.And the non-inductive payment is currently the latest payment technology.Therefore,this paper applies the non-inductive payment technology to the highway system,and presents and implements a non-inductive payment system of expressway based on mobile terminals.This paper combines license plate recognition technology,lane control technology,third-party payment technology,mobile phone map service,Android development technology,C#desktop application development technology,and designs a non-inductive payment system of expressway based on mobile terminals.This paper first developed a client application based on Android mobile phone operating system using Java language.The client software has many functions such as registration/login,travel reservation,map search,travel navigation,toll calculation and Alipay online payment,order management and so on.Module.The vehicle owner can use the Android client to pre-pay the toll fee with the license plate number as an identifier,and store the payment information in the cloud server.When the vehicle enters and exits the expressway toll station,the license plate recognition technology is used to obtain the license plate number and other information,and compares with the data in the database,then recordes the vehicle information,if the information is matched,the vehicle is automatically released.You can also pay on-site at the expressway exit toll booth with the Android client,or use manual payments.Then the corresponding toll booth management client was developed using the C#language.The software integrates license plate recognition technology,designed a friendly human-computer interaction interface,interacts with the database,completes license plate image recognition/save,order matching,toll calculation,and manual payment.In order to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the system,a large number of test cases are carried,and in-depth and detailed analysis of the problems are found to find out the cause of the error and modify the error code.The test results show that the system software can complete the expected function,the system uses the mobile terminal payment method to complete the payment,avoiding the waiting process for the vehicle owner to pay at the toll booth,greatly reducing the influence of human factors and uncertain factors,and improving the expressway.The degree of intelligence of charging is in line with the trend of modern social development,and it has great research value and promotion significance.
