Due to the poor bonding performance between the brick and mortar interface,the failure of the masonry structure often appears at the interface between the brick and the mortar.The bond-slip performance of the interface between the brick and the mortar has become a concern of the engineering community.It is of great practical value and theoretical significance to study the bond-slip performance of brick and mortar interface.Based on the test method for summarizing the bond-slip properties of related materials,the paper considers that the double-sided shear test is simple to load and the double-sided shear specimens are as close as possible to the uniform stress distribution under pure shear.The bond transfer mode between brick and mortar interface was selected.The double-sided shear test method was selected to study the bond-slip performance of shale porous brick and mortar interface.How to achieve the interface bond-slip performance of double-sided shear test The study was described.After determining the test method for the study of bond-slip properties of shale porous bricks and mortar interface,shale was carried out on shale porous bricks with two different hole rates and mortars of four strength grades.The double-sided shear test of the interface between porous brick and mortar was carried out.According to the test results,the influence of the hole ratio and mortar strength on the bond strength was discussed,and the calculation formula except the average value of the bond strength was fitted.At the same time,the variation law of bond slip curve with porosity and mortar strength is analyzed,and the bond-slip constitutive relation considering mortar strength grade for two shale porous brick masonry is proposed.Three-dimensional finite element simulation of the bond-slip double-sided shear test of shale porous brick and mortar interface was carried out by using finite element analysis software and bond-slip constitutive relation,in order to interact with shale porous brick and mortar.The simulation was carried out,and the finite element mesoscopic model considering the bond slip was established.A nonlinear spring unit was placed between the shale porous brick and the mortar.The results were compared with the experimental results.The comparison results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.Therefore,the rationality of the bond-slip constitutive relationship between shale porous brick and mortar is verified.
