The anti-seepage scheme is the most critical issue in the design and construction of earth-rock dam engineering.It plays a decisive role in whether the entire reservoir dam can effectively block water.The merits of the system will directly affect the success or failure of the whole project.Under the background of China's engineering construction towards refined design and construction management and green building development,based on the characteristics of the project and the multi-objective construction,it is necessary to combine the alternative anti-seepage schemes on the basis of seepage analysis of the earth-rock dam.Conduct multi-objective quantification comparison decisions.By studying the anti-seepage technology of earth-rock dam dam foundation commonly used at home and abroad,the characteristics and applicable conditions of various earth-rock dam seepage prevention technologies are analyzed.The basic methods of seepage analysis are summarized;as a technical theoretical basis of this paper,the finite element method seepage analysis and Swedish slice method are used.and combined with the norm,based on the idea of seepage stability analysis,discusses sensitivity analysis and comparison of various anti-seepage technical solutions;based on the diversity of construction objectives,constructs the multi-objective decision-making index system of cost,construction safety,reliability of anti-seepage materials and construction operation,combined with analytic hierarchy process to construct mathematical models,effectively analyse and scientifically compare target results.Taking the reinforcement project of the Muguatang Reservoir as an example,the analysis and calculation are carried out,and the seepage stability analysis model based on the Lizheng software is established.The effects of different anti-seepage schemes of the earth-rock dam are compared,and selects the anti-seepage primary selection scheme that meets the requirements of the standard.According to the multi-objective nature of the anti-seepage reinforcement project of earth-rock dam,the multi-objective decision-making mathematical model of the hierarchical analysis method of the project is established.Six decision-making indicators such as engineering quality,schedule,cost,safety,reliability of impervious materials and construction operability are combined with expert survey scoring method and COV matrix method to quantitatively compare and construct judgment matrix,and use hierarchical analysis method for hierarchical sorting to find the optimal anti-seepage solution.The multi-objective decision-making method for anti-seepage reinforcement scheme of earth-rock dam based on seepage stability analysis and COV matrix method can provide quantitative decision-making reference for the optimization of actual engineering anti-seepage scheme.In the future practice of earth-rock dam anti-seepage scheme selection,it is no longer based on the experience of individual experts to compare and select one or two indicators,but comprehensively consider the comprehensive effects of various aspects of anti-seepage schemes,combining qualitative and quantitative indicators.Get up and make comprehensive and quantitative judgments to ensure making decisions more objectively,scientifically and fairly.
