In the past twenty years, the safety of the reservoir flood control has attracted more and more attention of the governments at all levels, and the large, medium and small reservoir reinforcement using government funds from various channels. But, after all, a large number of dangerous reservoirs in our country, a great shortage of funds, how to make good use of limited funds to eliminate the dangerous reservoir has become a question.In this paper, Liuyang reservoir reinforcement engineering as the example. First of all, the reservoir reinforcement construction technology in China are analyzed and studied; and analyzes and demonstrates the related to the earth rockfill dam and foundation anti-seepage concrete part; finally, according to the data of dam seepage calculation, construction process and method of the project cost, and other aspects were compared, and according to the actual situation of Liuyang reservoir, finally choose a reasonable technology, high reliability and economical and feasible construction scheme, the project funds to the most reasonable.The full text of the willow reservoir dam anti-seepage processing scheme selection as the research object, for the future similar dam provides reference and guidance more scientific and reliable emergency reinforcement design scheme.
