After more than half-a-century's development,modern reliability technology has formed abundant theoretical foundation and been proved to have important practical application significance.presently,the index of reliability and life span have became an important factor for product quality.During the design and development process of new products,It is urgent to obtain the product reliability and life data with a scientific and reasonable manner.In terms of new product development,it is necessary to establish a set of suitable scientific reliability test methods to predict the product's full life cycle life,so as to provide reliability guarantee in product application process.Therefore,the reliability research of products has great significance.As the preferred connecting parts in the power distribution system,the reliability of the laminated affects the whole system's normal operation.For improving the reliability of the laminated bus research at home and abroad,almost all about the finite element simulation analysis,structure and process optimization design and material upgrade.In basic research,such as type test,high accelerated stress test and highly accelerated life test research are few.Based on the low voltage power distribution laminated busbar application scenario analysis,the factors affecting the long-term reliability have been confirmed.According to these factors,type test and accelerated life test to verify the reliability of the laminated busbar respectively have been designed.In the type test,the integrated stress method was adopted,one sample should experience vibration shock test,temperature cycling test,alternating wet and heat test.After the random vibration,-40??105? temperature cycle test,high and low temperature alternating hot and humid test,the appearance inspection and voltage test,there were no defects such as cracking,delamination on the four types of sample,whose appearance keep consistent.There were also no voltage breakdown,flashover and others.It indicates that the laminated busbar samples were satisfied with the vibration shock,temperature change and the requirement of the thermal and humidity environment,which can guarantee products' reliability.Arrhenius model was applied in the accelerated life tests,using the thermogravameric point slop(TPS)method,and the insulation of the structure of four different materials in different temperature of weightlessness percentage was measured.The corresponding activation energy was calculated,and obtained the values of the intercept and slope of Arrhenius model,which can get the relation between the temperature and the life time curve and accelerated life equation.At 105?,the long-term working temperature,the life span of four different structure sample products can last more than 20 years.
