Storage life extension has the characteristics of long duration,large investment of funds and high comprehensive benefit.Through storage life extension,the effective combat scale of missile weapons can be maintained at a relatively small cost,the maintenance time and maintenance content can be determined scientifically and reasonably,the storage and use method can be optimized,and the life design level can be improved.It is of great significance to prolong the service life of the missile,improving the storage performance of the missile,reducing the funds for the purchase of weapons and equipment,and driving the national scientific and technological level.After more than ten years of storage in the army,the integral reliability of a certain type of missile has obviously decreased,and it is unable to guarantee the success of missile launch,so it is necessary to return integral missile to the manufacturer for refurbishment,This will cost substantial human resources and money.In order to reduce the cost of missile maintenance,this thesis presents an accelerated storage life extension test method to verify the reliable storage life of the product in a short period,so as to extend the storage life of the missile for the original 10 years to 25 years.An exploratory work on accelerated storage life extension test for a certain type of missile is made in this thesis,because the lacking of accelerated storage life extension tests in China.First,the relationship among the main failure modes,product life characteristics and environmental stress level is given,then drawing off the Arrhenius model.Before the test,the life limit of the whole machine was estimated by the random confidence method,and then the accelerated storage life extension test plan of the missile was established according to the Arrhenius model.The accelerated storage life extension test was carried out according to this plan,and the test process and test data were recorded in detail.After the experiment was completed,the test data were statistically analyzed and compared with the storage data under normal environment.The results showed that the data were consistent and met the requirements of the technical documents.After acceptance test,sample test and comprehensive test,the performance of single machine test well.To sum up,the accelerated storage life extension test successfully verified that the whole missile reached the requirements of 25 years storage life.By means of the accelerated storage test of the whole machine,the storage life of the missile is predicted,and the data of the field test is collected and counted,the life characteristic values of different machines under normal stress are estimated,and the basic database of this type of missile is formed step by step.In this era of rapid development of military technology,the renewal of missile models is very fast.As research and production units,we should find the performance change law of materials and components,parts and the whole product,find the possible factors to reduce the storage life,and get the detailed failure mechanism analysis,to provide the failure mechanism database for the second research and development,and even other new model designs in the future.It is believed that in the future,the requirements for new types of missiles will be higher and higher in our country,which will not only reach a new height in product performance,but also put forward new requirements for the storage period of products,so we can not stagnate in life extension research.It is necessary to constantly enhance China's military strength through innovation.
