In the field of engineering technology,testing、processing and analysis of the vibration signal is a very important part.With the rapid development of electronic science and technology,testing instruments develop rapidly.Instead of the traditional instrument,virtual instrument gradually become a development direction in the field of test,vibration test and analysis realized by using virtual instrument has become the development trend of vibration test.According to the development trend of modem testing technology,this paper constructs a test system of data acquisition card based on PXI bus.Firstly the whole test system(including hardware and software)is selected,and put forward a system solution based on PXI bus,then select Lab VIEW as the software to achieve the acquisition and analysis of vibration data as well.In this paper,the design of the test system specifically:by acceleration sensor to collect vibration signals,and then the conditioned signal transmission to PXI data acquisition card to realize data acquisition,and finally the use of Lab VIEW virtual instrument development platform,design their own software testing,the vibration signals were analyzed and processed.The test softwrare adopts the modular design method,which can be used to measure the signal of the measured vibration signal,the mean,the elimination of the trend term,the smoothing process,the time domain analysis,the frequency domain analysis,the integral.In this paper,the research and development of vibration testing system is based on PXI data acquisition card and the Lab VIEW virtual instrument software development.This design scheme has a good expansibility and high cost performance,it is easy to develop and maintain,is more suitable for the mechanized industrial production of modern society to improve the economic benefit.
