Design Of Intelligent Control System For Residential Quarters

With the rapid development of intelligent industry in recent years,intelligent control system has gradually spread from special industries and applications to all walks of life;intelligent technology has been transferred from buildings to residential areas,and has entered thousands of families,residential areas are also constantly enriched and developed.After the new development of intelligent building technology,people have extended intelligent building technology to residential areas for comprehensive management,which is called intelligent residential areas.Intelligent residential district has become a new hotspot of building industry after intelligent building.The so-called intelligent residential district can provide three functional services:safe living environment,convenient management services,and stable living security.The primary purpose of coordinating the management and maintenance between these housing facilities and the community environment,and building intelligent communities and intelligent houses is to improve the quality of life of residents and provide people with diverse information and a safe living environment.On the premise of providing a safe,comfortable,convenient and sustainable living environment,it is easy to manage and control jointly.Based on the research and analysis of the design concept,system composition and use function of intelligent control system,this paper designs the automatic control system,closed-circuit television and monitoring system of residential district from three aspects:equipment automatic control,intelligent security and management of residential district,with the background of No.51 residential district of Hengyang East Road,and according to the design requirements of the project.Control system,fire alarm system,electronic access control system,building intercom system,parking management system,patrol management system,perimeter alarm system and so on,using computer technology,communication technology,intelligent control technology,etc.,to achieve system functions,to provide comfortable,safe and convenient system services for residents.
