The traditional elevator operation monitoring system can be divided into two types.The first one is to communicate with the elevator control system and read the working state of the elevator by means of Elevator Communication Protocol The protocol of different elevator brands is different,so the scheme is not suitable and there are hidden dangers which interfere with the elevator control system.The second method is to install sensors in the elevator shaft and the car to collect the running data of the elevator The scheme has good generality,but it has the problems of high equipment cost and big construction difficulty.In this thesis,an early warning remote elevator monitoring system is designed by combining sensor technology with image processing technology.The system is not limited by elevator brand and is suitable for regional elevator centralized monitoring.The main research contents are as follows:1.The early-warning remote elevator monitoring system is studied.In order to realize the remote detection of all kinds of elevators in the area,the system must be independent of the original Elevator System The acceleration information on X,Y and Z axes of elevator car is collected by using three-axis accelerometer sensor to monitor the running state of elevator.2.The early warning remote elevator monitoring system is designed and realized.The system uses Zynq-7000 core processing platforms,image sensors,accelerometer,human infrared sensors,wireless transfer modules,and more The function of remote monitoring is realized by means of image processing and remote information transmission and processing.3.The related algorithms of elevator monitoring are studied.In the acceleration data processing aspect,has studied the Kalman filter algorithm in the elevator acceleration data processing application.In the aspect of image recognition Algorithm,the elevator screen number recognition algorithm and the elevator door switch state recognition algorithm based on image recognition technology are studied,and the fault diagnosis and early warning methods are designed.By setting up the system test platform,the early-warning remote elevator monitoring system is tested in the practical environment of passenger elevator.The test results show that the system can effectively detect the abnormal vibration signals,identify the elevator floor location information and the door opening and closing state.The utility model can realize the functions of elevator running state monitoring,early warning and fault alarm,etc.
