| Press the button to start the Vehicle-REPS(Remote Entry&Passive Start)is a kind of complex system function using radio frequency technology.In the function,the radio frequency electromagnetic field must be able to effectively cover the car in order to ensure the customers to start the vehicle successfully.Therefore,the hardware which form the electromagnetic field in the function has a very high demand.In the virtual design stage,the method of electromagnetic field simulation is used to determine the related hardware design,layout,test and so on,It can improve the development efficiency of the system function greatly and ensure the stability and reliability of electromagnetic field.The large foreign automobile plants have already applied electromagnetic field simulation design to the virtual design stage in the development of radio frequency technology.And developed a lot of high performance,high reliability RF products.But the domestic automobile company have no used the electromagnetic simulation design for the development of radio frequency technology.RF product development is still in imitation,digestion and absorption of foreign products on the development of the old road.How to master the way that the environment of electromagnetic simulation is built,and how to apply electromagnetic simulation for RF product design has a certain engineering value.This thesis attempts to establish a reliable electromagnetic simulation environment at first,and the use of electromagnetic simulation tools for a key to REPS design,layout,test development,etc.Mainly do the following work:Firstly,a complete geometric model of the whole vehicle is established,apply the professional software to make a data vehicle module,and the data is transformed into the grid data,The continuity of the model is examined by using plane wave.Repeatedly and continuously "Practical verification-Model comparison-Error analysis-Model modification",and finally determine the geometric model.Secondly,the optimal excitation source antenna is established.Various parameters affecting the distribution of electromagnetic field intensity of the excitation source antenna is simulated.These parameters mainly include number of turns of excitation source antenna,winding way,core size,magnetic core permeability material and metal layout,etc.At last,the electromagnetic simulation including the model of the whole vehicle geometry and the excitation source antenna is built.by the electromagnetic simulation technology the layout and the optimal location of excitation source antenna in REPS are found,and do the actual verification at last.The thesis include the electromagnetic antenna designed deep by the electromagnetic simulation based on a complete geometric model,and REPS system electromagnetic environment is built,and start the system simulattion and match optimization,at last the optimized system is validated according to actual Vehicle test,the result display that the electromagnetic simulation including geometric model and the electromagnetic antenna is right. |
