Turbine machinery has always been one of the most important machinery in various industries.With the continuous development of turbine machinery to high temperature,high speed and high pressure,the stability of turbine machinery is also facing greater challenges.The impact of instability is also very bad,which leading to shutdown to overhaul or the whole machinery scrapped.The two biggest problems in turbine machinery are the dynamic seal problem and the impeller problem.The dynamic seal can well prevent the leakage of working medium,improve the efficiency of turbine machinery and save energy.The impeller is the most important working part of turbine machinery.The stability of the impeller is related to the working stability of the impeller.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of the above two components on turbine mechanical stability.This paper has done a lot of research on these two aspects,and the main work is as follows:(1)The advantages of the combined honeycomb-labyrinth seal were analyzed,and the influences of operating conditions(speed,pressure ratio)and geometric factors(seal clearance,seal hole depth)on the leakage characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the honeycomb-labyrinth seal were further analyzed.(2)For labyrinth seal and honeycomb seal,combined with three programming languages(ANSYS APDL,CFX CCL and MATLAB),parametric analysis framework is built for common seal.All functions from modeling to final result processing are realized,which greatly simplifies the steps of seal analysis and improves the accuracy of seal analysis.(3)Two experimental tables were developed for the required experimental conditions of sealing materials.A dynamic seal test bench can be used to test the sealing performance and dynamic characteristics of different dynamic seals(such as common labyrinth seals,honeycomb seals,etc.).The other is a high-temperature sealing experimental device with continuously adjustable sealing pressure force,which can test different sealing materials under various conditions.(4)Analyze the SAFE diagram for the actual impeller and explore the application of SAFE diagram in centrifugal impeller.The resonance law of centrifugal impeller is studied.
