Energy is the basis for the survival and sustainable development of human society. However, with the rapid development of national economy, the shortage of energy is not only China, but also a major problem facing all countries in the world.Due to the increasingly tense relationship between the supply and demand of global fossil energy and the increasing energy consumption, how to save energy and improve the efficiency of energy utilization is of urgent practical significance. With the development of science and technology and the progress of medicine, the building scale of the hospital is becoming larger and larger, and the energy consumption of the hospital is also increasing inevitably. The energy consumption of the central air-conditioning system accounts for a large proportion. The traditional control of the central air-conditioning system consumes a lot of energy, which can not achieve the effect of energy saving. In this paper, combined with the energy-saving renovation project of central air-conditioning system in West District of Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University, the central air-conditioning system of existing large hospitals is studied. The central air conditioning system of existing large hospitals uses the traditional control mode, that is,the control strategy of constant air volume and constant flow. The traditional control strategy makes the dragging equipment work in the power frequency state, the operating equipment is manual operation, and the system load runs full load.In order to solve the above problems, the advanced control technology is introduced, and the specific research contents are as follows:First, evaluate the existing central air conditioning system. This paper summarizes the basic situation of the central air-conditioning system of the existing large hospitals, studies the energy consumption evaluation of the central air-conditioning system of the existing large hospitals, establishes the evaluation index system by combining the relevant specifications of the central air-conditioning system with the actual situation, determines the index weight by using the expert scoring method, obtains the co1prehensive correlation degree of the original central air-conditioning control system with the extension evaluation method, and determines the existing. The level of hospital central air-conditioning system and objective analysis of the causes of energy consumption of central air-conditioning system show that there is still room for optimization in the control of water chillers and fan coils.Second, put forward the transformation plan. This paper analyzes the structure and function of the central air conditioning system equipment,as well as the working principle of the system According to the problems existing in the central air-conditioning system of the existing large hospitals, the corresponding solutions are put forward:the central air-conditioning water system adopts variable flow control to dynamically track the system load change and change the cold water flow to affect the energy consumption of the water system;the central air-conditioning air system adopts variable air volume control to dynamically track the system load change and control the fan frequency to change the speed,so as to adjust the air volume to affect the wind.System energy consumption. The control strategy and data transmission mode of the controller are designed, and the multivariable predictive control method based on the predictive control technology is selected to realize the energy-saving optimal control of the central air conditioning water system and air systemThird, build energy consumption control model.Firstly, several common algorithms are introduced, and the predictive model control algorithm is compared and introduced. Then the energy consumption model of the corresponding subsystem of each system equipment is established, the control quantity and controlled quantity are determined, and the system disturbance quantity is considered. Then,a multivariable predictive control model is formed by using the basic principle transformation of the model predictive control algorithm. Finally, according to the parameter limits of the equipment and the influence relationship between the equipment, the constraints, the set values and the objective functions are establishedFourth, simulation verification.By using MATLAB simulation software to verify the simulation, through the optimization of predictive control, there are four control parameter setting schemes to meet the operation requirements, and the operation state is stable.According to the extension evaluation, the level of the four schemes is higher than that of the original system, and the best condition is selected to get the operation curve which is more energy-saving than the original system.
