In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the industrialization of residential buildings,and strived to build the construction industry with low energy consumption,low pollution and sustainable development.The emergence of prefabricated buildings is a major change in the way of construction mode and a new type of construction for residential industrialization.Low-rise buildings are built in rural areas of our country.With the structural adjustment,upgrading and transformation of the social industry and the acceleration of the urbanization strategy,the construction industry has taken a prominent position in improving the living environment and the level of people's life.Under the background of the country's policy of promoting new rural construction,the development of low-rise prefabricated buildings has become a clear development direction,and the low-rise prefabricated building has the advantages of saving resources,reducing construction waste and safe and reliable construction quality,which is the trend of the future development of low-rise houses.BIM technology,which plays a huge advantage in prefabricated buildings,makes engineering construction of the full lifecycle coordinating.So that solves some problems in the traditional model.Based on the traditional reinforced concrete frame structure,this paper proposes a new structure system of low-rise prefabricated building: the system is made of wood wool cement board with a thickness of 20 mm as permanent formwork,which works together with the beam and column and is an exploration to improve the traditional use of templates method.The enclosure system uses a thickness of 220 mm wood wool cement prefabricated insulation wallboard,which has the characteristics of thermal insulation,sound absorption and moisture resistance.The material deformation property of wood wool cement board was studied,and the load-deflection curve diagram conformed to the requirements of the technical specification for application of wood wool cement boards JGJ/T 377-2016.Comparing the splitting scheme,construction method and economic indicators of the light-weight steel framework structure system and the structural system proposed in this paper,it is found that the light steel frame structure system has high cost,although the technology is mature,but the acceptance is low;while the new system proposed in this paper is wet construction largely,but it is economical,highly acceptable,and easy to popularize.Finally,the application of BIM technology in the architectural design stage,production stage and construction stage of the new structural system example project is introduced.And it is pointed out that the use of BIM technology can effectively solve the technical problems and put forward some suggestions for further promoting the application of the new low-rise prefabricated residential building system.
