The prefabricated building can be simply summarized as building components and accessories for the production of construction in the factory,transported to the construction site,and assembled and installed in the field by reliable connection.Under the situation of the state vigorously promoting the development of assembly-type buildings,various places actively promote the construction of assembly-type buildings.However,in the actual implementation process,there are still some problems in the component management of assembly buildings.In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet,cloud computing and big data,portable mobile computing devices have gradually emerged,which has brought people a changing life with each passing day.The same is true in the field of architecture,the traditional way has been difficult to meet the needs of the current project.Therefore,the concept of building information has been put forward.Based on the model data of Revit software and combined with Revit API,using BIM concept and Internet technology,this paper solves the problem of the difficulty of managing the building components centrally through computer programming.In order to make the BIM technology advantage fully play in the platform of the prefabricated building management and reflect its due value,this paper mainly study from the following aspects:1)Based on the research and analysis of the application value of the BIM technology in the whole life cycle of the prefabricated building,it is proposed that the BIM technology is used to connect the phases of the project together,so that the engineering management can be more precise and strict,the design and the production of the prefabricated building can be effectively improved,construction and operation and maintenance management level.2)In view of the particularity of the development of the Prefabricated building management platform,JSON is compared and selected as the intermediate data format.Through the system learns of Revit API,the query access to Revit software is realized,and the 3D model data in the Revit model is obtained.3)A plug-in for extracting Revit model data was written using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017,and the extracted model data was saved as a JSON file.In order to extract the information of the assembly component model.4)First,research and analyze web 3D technology.Secondly,learn and research WebGL technology.And then,use WebGL's third-party engine framework Three.js to load and render 3D models on the webpage.Finally,realize the interaction on the webpage.With the use of assembly building management platform,a preliminary exploration was made in the management of assembly components.Through the research of BIM-based fabricated building management platform,it provides new ideas and technical means for the component management of assembly building in production,transportation and construction,provides the technical conditions for the subsequent function expansion of the platform,and lays the foundation for the centralized management and application of assembly building components.
