Research On BIM Information Integration Platform System Based On Revit

BIM(Building Information Model)is a key technology for the development of construction industry informatization,which meets the development needs of the country’s fourteenth five-year plan and the 2035 long-term goal.With the support of BIM visualization technology,users only need to click on the components in the 3D scene to view the information,and the information that can be covered by multiple traditional 2D drawings can be seen at a glance.With the maturity of the Internet of Things technology,big data technology,cloud computing technology and WebGL technology,the B/S-side BIM information integration platform has also begun to take the stage of the times.The BIM information integration platform adheres to the concept of full life cycle,connects the various participants and various professions of the construction project,and realizes the collaborative work and integrated management of the engineering project.At the same time,in the process of project construction,the development of BIM technology has brought about the reduction of construction costs,the reduction of project duration and the improvement of project management efficiency,so it has been widely used.However,the current domestic BIM technology is still in the early stage of development,and the underlying technologies of BIM data storage,information acquisition,information transmission,visual rendering,etc.still need to be further studied.This paper aims to realize the BIM information integration platform,combined with Revit secondary development technology,WebGL three-dimensional visualization technology and authority management platform technology to carry out theoretical research and application development of the BIM visualization system,and complete the following work:(1)Research and construction of BIM information integration platform framework.Through the research on the domestic platform,the framework of the BIM information integration platform has been completed.On the basis of integrating the information content and attributes of the whole life cycle of the project,the platform further integrates operation,processing and analysis of the information,and establishes a two-way link between model geometric data and field engineering data and other non-geometric data to form information based on BIM technology.Interactive.And through the authority management technology,provide different operation authority and user management for the project participants.The platform is based on the information exchange content and process of each participant of the project,and divides the multi-level authority of each participant in the implementation process of the project.(2)Information extraction based on Revit secondary development technology.By studying the Revit family library and Revit API,the RVT file analysis was completed.At the same time,it independently designed the storage structure of JSON and XML format,and stored the model information obtained by analysis according to the structure classification.(3)Reconstruction of the 3D model on the web side.By using Three.JS to load JSON format files to achieve model reloading,the light source and camera objects are introduced into the Scene object to achieve model color rendering,and the rendering of model data is completed.Through the analysis of the JSON file,the browser side realizes the import and generation of the 3D model,and establishes an association mechanism to realize the component display and hiding,fineness switching,3D roaming,project progress display,distance level optimization and component information query.Through the above design,the function of BIM information integration based on Revit is realized.The case verifies the consistency and efficiency of the model module,project module,schedule module and data module of the information integration platform.The system solves the problems of lightweight BIM data and professional collaboration,and realizes online browsing and information interaction of engineering information data.
