Since the founding of the world’s first nuclear power station in the former Soviet Union in 1954,mankind has officially entered the era of peaceful use of nuclear energy.Chinese Qinshan nuclear power station and Dayabay nuclear power station were put into commercial operationin the year of 1991 and 1994.As of December 2018,China has 42 nuclear power stations put into operation,the total installed capacity is 41 million 770 thousand kilowatts,and there are 15 nuclear power stations under construction.At the end of each operation cycle when the unit needs refueling,which work needs to use the PMC system(nuclear fuelhandling system),the PMC system of Dayabay nuclear power station after upgrading work in 2003,PMC integrated autonomous maintenance work,greatly reduce the total time of reloading and unloading,made a great contribution to the economy for power station.Generally speaking,in order to improve safety,more time is needed in the operation and maintenance of nuclear fuel handling equipment,however increasing time means sacrificing the economy of the power plant.Therefore,how to adjust and optimize the seemingly contradictory security and economy scientifically and effectively is the problem that the author tries to solve in this paper.In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the loading and unloading Project of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station and the existing problems,through the comparative analysis of similarities and differences between domestic Fujian Ningde nuclear power station,the same type of nuclear power station in France and Dayabay nuclear power station in the loading and unloading work,finding out the gap and seek solutions.Aiming at the effective communication problems among the working members of each post in the Project of reloading and unloading work,the optimization problem of the handover Project,the key path problem and the resource integrationhad a depth interview with the great power craftsman SukaiQiao,and through my own thinking,the corresponding solutions are put forward.Proposed solutions and recommendations for human error types,preventive measures and personnel management in nuclear power statations,Finally,the project optimization scheme of Dayabay nuclear power station material handling is proposed.
