The 13 th Five-year Plan in China clearly put forward the develop green economy,and speed up the transformation of energy structure in our country.Solar energy is a newly emerging a can use large mature energy technology,so vigorously promote photovoltaic power station construction is included in the government's energy strategy,in the policy and market under the dual incentive,photovoltaic enterprises have accelerated the in distributed photovoltaic power plant construction speed.A company is the world's top ten PV manufacturers,with the A company's surge in domestic distributed photovoltaic power plant project of the number and scale of construction and management of distributed power shortage from apparent specific performance in organizational structure,backward management idea obsolete,waste human resources,low efficiency and so on,these problems have seriously hindered the development of the company in the footsteps of distributed services,leading to A company in the rapid decline in the construction of distributed photovoltaic power plants industry.By L plant distributed photovoltaic power station construction process as the object of business process reengineering,using business process reengineering theory and the "6W2H1S" method for A company in distributed power plant project and the implementation of two aspects were analyzed.Analysis results show that the project and the implementation of the two processes in the work content,cause,condition,arrangement,personnel,procedures,costs,relationship and reliability are barriers to flow.The crux of the problem,therefore,control the above problems,the implementation method of BPR with the actual situation,the key problems the solutions are given based on the aggregation of all solutions to the design of the process of the implementation of the project and project,and according to the new design process for the corresponding adjustment to the organization,set up independent distributed project department,the organizational structure of the company by the linear organization into a matrix organization.Through the actual situation of the construction of distributed photovoltaic power plants,respectively the project and project implementation of two key process reengineering before and after in time,human resources,cost changes were compared.The results show that the implementation of BPR,the establishment and implementation of two key processes,work time is obviously shortened,implementation can significantly improve the quality,implementation costs are significantly reduced,in addition to to the managers of the company were optimized.Improve the management personnel of the work efficiency and work enthusiasm.The results demonstrate the success of the process reengineering.
