In recent years,with the rapid development of automobile technology and the increasing living standards of people,people's requirements for automobiles have become more than just transportation tools for goods and transportation tools for people's daily travel.Automobiles have become a part of people's daily lives.For the safety,stability and comfort of the car,it is not only to meet the relevant legal norms,because people are beginning to have higher and higher requirements for the performance of the car.With the advent of air suspension technology,people have higher expectations for the comfort and maneuverability of automobiles.Major auto manufacturers have begun to study the related control and application technology of air suspension,and hope to suspend the air as soon as possible.The technology is applied to the car,and the car ride comfort is continuously improved,and the functional vehicles for special needs are developed,such as some test vehicles and ambulances that require high vibration isolation performance,and some Air suspension is the only choice for vehicles with special functions for lifting and lowering the vehicle chassis.Through the mathematical analysis and experimental research on the dynamics of air springs,this paper has mastered the unique stiffness characteristics and frequency characteristics of air springs,namely,the structural design,height adjustment,inflation pressure and load variation of air springs for air spring stiffness and frequency.The iMPact of change.Based on Adams' K&C characteristics simulation of air suspension,the effects of air suspension height adjustment on the K&C characteristics of the suspension and the eccentric wear of the tire and the matching of relevant K&C parameters were studied.Based on Matlab/Simulink,the dynamic simulation model of air suspension system is established,and the standard pavement spectrum model is established by inverse Fourier transform method.The height adjustment of air suspension is analyzed and analyzed,that is,the relevant pressure of air spring during charging and discharging.The relationship between load,effective area,and the simulation of air suspension height adjustment algorithm and switching valve control logic provide the conditions for model simulation.Based on the theory,the active roll control strategy of the air suspension vehicle is studied.The relationship between the vehicle roll angle and the steering wheel angle is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the anti-roll control of the vehicle during cornering.The nonlinear PID control of the air suspension height adjustment is realized,and the research method of the air suspension system control problem system is formed.
