With the rapid development of computer technology,information technology,measurement and control technology,and material processing technology,coupled with the development of mathematical mechanics and control theory,the development and equipment of artillery systems have been greatly improved.At the same time,due to the inherent dangers of the traditional external ballistic measurement method and the irreversible testing process,it has long been unable to meet the needs of some new weapon systems for external ballistic testing.Therefore,the use of simulation software to solve the projectile’s flight attitude has become a Safe and accurate research method of outer trajectory.After analyzing and summarizing the development status and trends of the projectile’s external ballistic motion posture at home and abroad,the system simulation technology is used to model and analyze the projectile’s motion posture within a certain time and the algorithm for solving the model.Then,starting from the gyroscopic effect of the uncontrolled rotating projectile,according to the flight stability theory of the projectile,the conditions required for its stable flight are obtained,and the general law of the change of the projectile angle of attack in flight is derived.This provides theoretical support for the results of subsequent mathematical model simulations.Aiming at the motion characteristics of rigid body projectiles and establishing a suitable coordinate system group,it is of great help to the establishment and solution of the projectile flight attitude mathematical model.Then,the uncontrolled rotating projectile in flight is subjected to force analysis,and the force and moment of the projectile are decomposed in the corresponding coordinate system;at the same time,the mathematical expressions of various aerodynamic coefficients are obtained through simulation or data fitting.Relying on the projectile flight dynamics theory,after decomposing the physical process of projectile flight into two forms: the movement of the center of mass and the rotation around the center of mass,the mathematical model of the projectile flight attitude is established.Finally,the Runge-Kutta method is used in MATLAB software Solve it.After introducing the bomb test developed by our laboratory,the data obtained from the test of the device in the shooting range are analyzed and processed to obtain the actual measured rotational speed and nutation data of the projectile;and compare it with the data of the simulation institute.Verify the rationality of the established mathematical model of projectile flight attitude.
