With the rapid development of China's economy,engineering technology is also making progress,and municipal engineering projects are becoming more and more large and complex.At the same time,the target risks such as delays in construction and cost overruns have become increasingly prominent.How to coordinate the contradiction between the construction period and the cost,and find the ideal trend curve of the construction period-cost has become a key issue to be solved urgently in the current optimization of municipal engineering projects.To this end,this paper proposes an emerging intelligent optimization algorithm-harmonic search algorithm through the characteristics of municipal engineering duration-cost optimization,and improves it and combines it with the fine algorithm to carry out the municipal engineering project duration-cost NP-hard multi-target Research on optimization issues.First of all,this paper expounds the connotation of the construction period and cost of municipal engineering projects,and introduces fuzzy set theory and multi-objective optimization model to lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the construction period-cost optimization model.Secondly,based on the critical path method in the network diagram,the construction time objective function is established.The cost is divided into three categories based on the relationship between the duration of the process,the duration of the project and the cost of the municipal engineering project,and the various costs and schedules or processes are described.Based on the functional relationship of duration,a construction project-time cost optimization model is constructed.In addition,based on the shortcomings of the harmony search algorithm,it is easy to fall into the local optimum.This paper combines the genetic algorithm with the generation method,parameter setting and new solution generation method of the initial and acoustic memory algorithm.The improved algorithm makes the improvement of the algorithm,improves the optimization speed of the algorithm,and the global convergence of the algorithm is better.The hybrid algorithm is used to solve the special points(A,B)and AB curves of the time and cost optimization function images(Pareto most Excellent frontier),achieving time-cost multi-objective optimization.Finally,for the municipal engineering example,this algorithm is used to solve the multi-group optimal solution of the project-cost NP-hard multi-objective optimization problem.After fitting,it is consistent with the construction-cost optimization ideal curve,which verifies the model and algorithm.Feasibility and applicability.In this paper,the project-cost optimization problem of municipal engineering project is deeply studied,and a comprehensive optimization model is constructed.The solution idea of hybrid algorithm is provided,which enriches the method of solving the project-cost optimization problem.This research has certain theoretical and practical value.At the same time,it can also provide a certain decision basis for project managers.
