With the development of building information,each stage of the construction cost of the emergence of a number of management information system software,however,whether it is the market information system or scholars or project cost management,the focus lies in the computerized project cost,little attention is correlated with the regularity of engineering cost data.This paper attempts to use the data mining technology to find out the internal rules and the classification rules of the engineering quantity list valuation.This paper first introduces the data mining technology and its commonly used algorithm,introduces the C4.5 algorithm of decision tree technology,and make improvements to the algorithm,compared the improved algorithm and application process in the municipal engineering cost management and effect.Study on the process of the first complete enterprise valuation design software GBQ4.0 which integrated unit price analysis table,this paper studies the design to meet the need of comprehensive unit price training set data analysis table.Then,using the C4.5 algorithm of decision tree C4.5 algorithm and improved the research of engineering quantity list valuation of municipal road engineering case,extract classification rules,through the comparison of improved decision tree algorithm and C4.5 algorithm analysis,the improved performance is better and more suitable for the application in the project cost management system.Finally,verify the universality and applicability of the improved C4.5 algorithm in the project cost management system.This paper aims at the data mining to find common law hidden in the engineering cost in mass data,classification rules implied in the process of extraction of project cost,so as to provide the corresponding prediction reference and decision-making support for related construction industry practitioners in the project cost,project bidding and project management,enhance the ability to judge the project cost,improve work efficiency.
