The chain machine gun system is divided into a firearm part and a motor control part.It is an external energy weapon,which has the advantages of variable firing rate,simple structural principle,and high working reliability.Weapon simulation is an important part of the weapon development process.Through the simulation,the motion characteristics of each weapon component can be obtained initially,which has certain guiding significance for the development of weapons.The simulation of external energy weapons often only simulates the dynamics of the weapon part,while ignoring the effect of the electromechanical control part on the weapon performance.The thesis takes chain machine gun as the research object,from the perspective of electromechanical coupling,it is used as an electromechanical system to conduct joint simulation and analyze its dynamic characteristics.The thesis mainly did the following work:Analyze the structure of the chain machine gun in UG software,simplify the parts that have little effect on the results in the simulation process,and import the 3D model into the ADAMS software.Use the unique ADAMS / Machinery module in the ADAMS software to build a complete chain sprocket assembly and bearing assembly,assemble it with the imported machine gun model,and complete the establishment of the chain machine gun virtual prototype.After the virtual prototype was established,the dynamic characteristics of the chain machine gun system were analyzed based on the dynamics theory.Firstly,the mathematical model of the chain machine gun DC servo motor is established.Secondly,the motor transmission is regarded as a multi-axis transmission system and simplified.Finally,the motion characteristic function of the automaton is established according to the motion relationship of the chain automaton.The motion characteristics of the machine are solved and the corresponding analysis is carried out.Determine the input and output variables of the joint simulation mechanical subsystem,and establish a chain machine gun controlled simulation model through the ADAMS /Controls control module in ADAMS.In the MATLAB / Simulink module,theelectromechanical control simulation model is built according to the established motor mathematical model.The mechanical and electrical simulation models established by the connection were jointly simulated under different radio frequencies of 300 rounds / min to600 rounds / min.The movement characteristic curve of the chain machine gun was obtained and analyzed.The results of electromechanical co-simulation verify the reliability of the chain machine gun.
