Vibration machine is a kind of mechanical device which uses the vibration principleto complete a variety of process. Currently, this type of machinery is beening widely usedin various departments, such as industry, agricultural and national defense construction.With the further development of China’s economy and scientific research, new type ofvibration machine will continue to emerge, and will play an increasingly important role.With the rapid development of modern design theory and computer technology, in order toguarantee a reliable and effective operation of such machinery, comprehensive andsystematic study with the use of new science and technology on the mechanical vibrationis particularly important.In this paper, inertial vibration machine is the research object, the following works onthe dynamics of inertial vibration machine based on virtual prototype technology wereimplemented:The vibration theory analyses of several kinds of inertial vibration machine wereimplemented, their physical models were built with PRO/E, and the models were importedin to ADAMS, vibration theories were validated by simulation studies, the theoreticalbasis was provided for the development of new vibration machine.A new type of complex Frequency vibration was put forward, and based on theprinciple of the complex frequency, two different virtual prototype models of the complexfrequency vibration machine were established, the theory of complex frequency wasverified by the simulation.The electromechanical coupling mathematical model, which has two motors, wasestablished, then, the Matlab/Simulink simulation model of three-phase asynchronousvibrating motor and the virtual prototype model of biaxial self-synchronous linearvibrating screen were established, according to the analysis of the motor and the vibrationsystem, the complex self-synchronization phenomenon were explained in detail.The theory of the movement of materials on the vibration machine were analyzed,then, modeling and simulation were completed with the software of PRO/E and ADAMS,the impact of the movement form of vibration machine on the movement of materials was analyzed, it is very important to select vibration parameters of the vibration machine.
