In recent years,due to the increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems caused by climate warming,countries around the world have begun to vigorously promote and apply electric vehicles in order to effectively control CO2emissions,slow down global warming,and improve the ecological environment.As the number of electric vehicles continues to increase,the demand for charging facilities is also increasing.Under the background of this era,the operation of the power grid has been greatly affected.Although China's major cities are actively building charging facilities,they lack scientific theoretical guidance and methods,resulting in chaotic layout of charging stations and lack of rationality in capacity planning.Based on this reason,it is very important to study the electric vehicle charging facility planning and its impact on the distribution network from multiple levels and multiple dimensions.This paper first introduces three common charging modes for electric vehicles.Three charging facilities are summarized for the three charging modes.From the perspectives of ease of use and resource saving,combined with their respective characteristics,two charging facilities that are more feasible in the future are obtained.The distribution planning and power network planning of the two charging facilities are designed for the characteristics of the two charging facilities—the charging station corresponding to the electric bus and the charging pile corresponding to the ordinary small electric vehicle.Combined with the actual power grid planning of a new city in Shanghai,it is analyzed that if the impact of the charging and replacing of the power station will be affected by the distribution network,the impact of the harmonics on the power grid should be considered in the planning of the distribution network,and then to take appropriate measures.
