As China's economic growth and urbanization process continues to deepen,the demand for energy,especially electricity,is growing rapidly.At the same time,problems such as the tension of fossil energy and the pollution of the environment have followed.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to make the power grid operate safely and efficiently and to realize a wide range of new energy access,and vigorously promote the construction of smart grids.As the center of regional power collection and distribution,220kV substation is an important foundation for smart grid construction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out sufficient research on the new intelligent substation and consider all aspects of the actual project,and to ensure the intelligence,economy and efficiency on the basis of ensuring the quality of urban power.Based on this background,this paper studies the design of 220kV intelligent substation,and proposes the primary and secondary system design schemes in line with the engineering practice.The main work is summarized as follows:(1)Firstly,the research background of Shangshui west substation design is introduced,and then the current status of substation design research is summarized.Then consider the grid condition and its planning in the area,this paper predict the near-term and long-term load,and calculate the transmission capacity and power balance according to the result,and obtain the necessity of constructing the Shangshui west substation.(2)Secondly,according to the requirements of intelligent technology principles such as "three layers and two networks" and "primary device body+sensor+intelligent component",an intelligent technical solution that can be applied to the Shangshui west substation is obtained.(3)Then,the selection of the substation access system scheme is systematically introduced.The power flow calculation of the system is carried out in the possible three schemes,and the best access method is obtained according to the comprehensive comparison between economy and technology.The short-circuit current and far-term reactive power compensation capacity are calculated,and the main transformer,main wiring mode and high-voltage breaking and protection equipment of the corresponding voltage level are rationally designed and selected according to the electrical calculation results.(4)According to the intelligent technical scheme,a specific secondary system design was carried out.The article recommends the operation management mode of the standard of the Shangshui West substation,adopts an open hierarchical distributed network structure in its automation system,and uses dual-star Ethernet in the station control layer,the bay level and the process layer.Using intelligent components,an intelligent hierarchical protection and monitoring system is designed to make the operation of the entire station more efficient.(5)Finally,the overall cost of the Shangshui west substation variable is evaluated and compared with the general cost.By calculating the unit asset power supply index,the design cost of the article is reasonable and the economy is high.
