In recent years,the development of "low-carbon power" has made the rapid development of wind power in China.Especially in Northeast China,due to the rapid growth of wind power installed capacity and thermal power installed capacity,the contradiction of peak load regulation is increasingly prominent.The lack of peak load regulation ability of the system leads to the limited generation space between all kinds of power sources,which reflects the unbalanced distribution of benefits at the peak load regulation level.To solve this problem,the traditional power dispatching mode under the planning mode is not fully applicable,and the profit distribution must be adjusted by market-oriented means,so the Northeast power peak shaving auxiliary service market came into being.However,as a special attribute of "power service",the mechanism of copying the traditional power market is no longer fully applicable,so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore a new type of peak load regulation auxiliary service bidding trading mode with power generation group as the main body under the support of national policies.First of all,to explore the bidding strategy of power generation group participating in peak shaving auxiliary service market,it is necessary to clarify the supply-demand relationship of power generation group in the market.In this paper,a demand measurement method for peak load regulation auxiliary service of power generation group is proposed based on carbon trading mechanism.Through the calculation of initial carbon quota and carbon emission cost,a peak load regulation demand optimization model based on multi scenario stochastic programming is constructed to calculate peak load regulation demand of regional power grid in each period.Based on the carbon quota trading and peak load regulation compensation mechanism between power generation groups,each of them has its own advantages In order to minimize the sum of the group's comprehensive generation costs,a group peak demand calculation model considering carbon trading and peak regulation compensation mechanism is established to calculate the group's demand after self coordination of the generation group,and the demand of the generation group is divided.Secondly,the paper designs the pricing strategy of the day ahead market and the medium and long-term market of the power generation group's participation in peak shaving auxiliary services.Considering all kinds of factors that affect the transaction cost of peak shaving,a calculation model of peak shaving cost is established,and a monthly centralized matching transaction measurement and clearing model of power generation group is established with the maximum social utility;a day ahead market peak shaving and pricing strategy is formulated for the uncertain peak shaving demand of power generation group,and a quotation curve of the opponent is formed based on historical data by Monte Carlo sampling method The marginal clearing price mechanism obtains the transaction volume and transaction price of peak demand,and ensures the minimum coal consumption cost of the whole group by optimizing the internal unit output of the group.Finally,through the example analysis,it is concluded that the bidding strategy with the power generation group as the main body can effectively reduce the transaction cost,reduce the peak shaving expenses of the power generation group,enable the power generation group to achieve profits in a single peak shaving market,to a certain extent,promote the development and construction of the market,and achieve a win-win situation for both the supply and demand sides of the power generation group.
