With the large-scale grid connection of wind power,the wind power penetration degree will continue to increase.The variable speed wind fans in the power-frequency decoupling mode present zero inertia characteristics in the power grid.Meanwhile,the inherent volatility and randornness of wind power make the power balance of source charge more difficult,thus affecting the frequency adjustment.FM greatly influenced by wind speed wind itself ability is limited,the traditional frequency resource is conditioned by response speed,location and other objective conditions,and accumulator rapid inflation,can accurately response the grid to adjust instruction,has excellent features,in the aspect of system frequency regulation is a kind of new methods of auxiliary involved in wind power grid frequency modulation,thus for grid energy storage auxiliary wind a frequency modulation control strategy is an important topic of the research.At first,this paper studies the electric power system containing wind power frequency of an adjustment of the basic characteristics of primary frequency control of wind power fluctuations caused by the influence of the simulation analysis,based on the design of wind power in power system,traditional FM units,energy storage power model,for different areas under the penetration level of wind power grid on a frequency modulation effects the simulation analysis,to contain energy storage to participate in primary frequency control of wind power system simulation,verify the ability of the primary frequency modulation.Secondly,based on the energy storage auxiliary involved in wind power grid a frequency modulation of the conventional control strategy,by adopting the technology of virtual synchronous generator,the design of the primary frequency control is suitable for the grid energy storage VSG virtual parameter adaptive control strategy,taking into account the energy storage charged state output depth correction,scope of adaptive parameter selection of power limitation,power demand and capacity are analyzed;Based on MATLAB/Simulink software,the simulation analysis was carried out for the frequency adjustment effect of different control strategies under step and continuous load disturbance and the energy storage action.Finally,based on the common FM technology economy of energy storage battery and established the subjective and objective weights of evaluation consistent selection system,applicable to the auxiliary wind power in a frequency modulation,the score of the battery type,based on system oriented storage auxiliary wind power optimization of primary frequency control strategy and the choice of energy storage type,set up the primary frequency control costs,benefits and compensation model,and according to the analysis of economy,it is concluded that the investment recovery period and the reasonable price of compensation.
