As an emerging technology,BIM technology is mostly introduced in the form of organizational learning for most employees to master this technology.The entire BIM learning process includes knowledge acquisition,integration,sharing,application and other aspects.In addition,as a new emerging technology that is constantly being pushed out,the innovative development of BIM technology is facing diversified innovation path choices,whether it is to continue to pursue technological breakthroughs,seek greater economic benefits,or tap the application of existing technologies,To make it closer to market demand and seek more stable economic benefits,this is a complex subject for the construction companies pursuing profit.This coincides with the key word of dual innovation,which embodies its two major aspects of exploratory innovation and developmental innovation.In order to clarify the influencing factors that affect the innovation performance of enterprises,it is necessary to start from organizational learning,dual innovation,and finally implement the research and analysis of the process of enterprise innovation performance,and then provide reasonable suggestions for how various construction companies apply BIM technology to improve performance.In this paper,organizational learning is divided into four links:knowledge acquisition,knowledge integration,knowledge sharing and knowledge application.Based on the current situation of BIM application in China,the structural equation model analysis method is used,and the dual innovation is set as the mediating variable affecting organizational learning and innovation performance.In terms of research methods,literature reading method is firstly used to construct the mechanism model of the influence of organizational learning on enterprise innovation performance through a large amount of literature reading,and the corresponding hypothesis is proposed.Secondly,experts are interviewed and the preliminary questionnaire is modified according to the opinions and opinions of experts and professors.Then,the questionnaire survey method is used to conduct small sample analysis.Through the reliability and validity analysis,the items with poor performance are deleted and modified.The modified final questionnaire was then used to investigate the impact of organizational learning and performance.A total of 247 questionnaires were issued and a total of 154 questionnaires were valid.On the basis of large sample,AMOS and SPSS are used for mathematical analysis.The validity and rationality of the questionnaire are proved by testing its reliability,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Finally,through regression analysis and intermediary effect test and other indicators,it proves that the hypothesis is tenable,that is,organizational learning has a positive impact on BIM innovation performance of construction enterprises;dual innovation plays an intermediate variable role in the process of organizational learning’s impact on BIM innovation performance,and indirectly affects BIM innovation performanceThis research enriches the relevant research on organizational learning and BIM innovation performance in China,creatively integrates the concept of dual innovation,improves the mechanism of BIM Technology for improving innovation performance of enterprises,provides reference and basis for BIM technology standardization process of construction enterprises,and has certain reference significance for further promoting the implementation and development of BIM technology in China.
