| As one of the pillar industries of my country’s economic development,the construction industry has increased its output value in the GDP as a proportion year by year.However,under the innovation-driven development strategy,the construction industry has experienced phenomena such as low labor productivity,low technological content in the production process,and few major scientific research results.The reasons for the above phenomenon are mainly caused by the lack of innovation capabilities of construction enterprises.Construction companies are the main innovation entities in the construction industry and the backbone of the industry’s development.Therefore,improving the innovation capabilities of construction companies is the only way to strengthen the international competitiveness and green and sustainable development of my country’s construction industry.In the context of open innovation,it is increasingly difficult for a single construction company to independently improve its innovation capabilities due to factors such as shortage of innovation resources and high innovation costs.Cooperating with other entities with innovative knowledge and resources to carry out collaborative innovation can effectively reduce the difficulty of innovation and increase the success rate of innovation.Therefore,this article launches the research on the evaluation of the innovation ability of construction enterprises from the perspective of collaborative innovation network.Based on the literature review,this study describes the basic theories of collaborative innovation network,knowledge management,stakeholder theory,and innovation capability,constructs a collaborative innovation network of construction enterprises from the perspective of stakeholders,and analyzes collaborative innovation network and knowledge The relationship between management and enterprise innovation ability and make relationship assumptions,construct a theoretical relationship model,design the three items,measurement scales and questionnaires.Secondly,through the reliability and validity test of a small sample,the measurement items that do not meet the requirements are removed and a formal questionnaire is established.Then,it introduces the basic principles of the structural equation model,applies it to verify the relationship hypothesis,analyzes the relationship path according to the output results,finds the influencing factors of the construction enterprise’s innovation ability and determines the evaluation index system.Finally,the support vector machine(SVM)and particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)are introduced to build a PSO-SVM evaluation model for the innovation ability of construction enterprises from the perspective of collaborative innovation network,and use the test set and training set to train and test the evaluation model.A good model is used in the evaluation of innovation ability,combined with the output results of the model to give suggestions to improve innovation ability.Through the study,it is found that the innovation capability of construction enterprises is positively affected by the scale,intensity,openness,stability and knowledge management of collaborative innovation network.The evaluation index system of innovation ability of construction enterprises established in this paper can describe the innovation ability of construction enterprises scientifically and effectively.In addition,the PSO-SVM evaluation model of construction enterprise innovation ability can realize intelligent evaluation of construction enterprise innovation ability.According to the output result of the evaluation model,it can be seen that the innovation ability of construction enterprises in Hebei Province is above the average level,and it is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of innovation ability. |
