The shaft parts will be bent and deformed during the production,processing and heat treatment,and they need to be straightened by a straightening machine to ensure that the shaft parts can be used normally.The technical level of foreign straighteners far exceeds that of domestic ones.The gap between domestic straighteners and foreign ones lies in intelligence,automation and measurement accuracy.The detection part is an important part of the straightening machine.The straightness detection work provides the bending value of the shaft for the straightening work,and is also used to check the straightening effect.This paper proposes an intelligent detection module design for the straightening machine of shaft parts to reduce the design and development cycle of the straightening machine,reduce the manufacturing cost,and improve the equipment maintenance efficiency.According to the testing process of the straightening machine,this paper conducts the theoretical analysis and research of the straightness testing method,and designs the intelligent testing module from two aspects of hardware and software.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Theoretical analysis and research.Noise in the working environment during straightness detection,burrs and pits on the surface of the workpiece,and sensor errors all cause measurement errors.In terms of hardware,high-resolution and high-linearity sensors and decoupling denoising circuitare are used to reduce errors.In terms of software,limiting filtering method and Fourier fitting method are used to remove noise.When the two centers of the straightener jig are not aligned,the impact of the detection process is analyzed.The least square method is used to calculate the center of the section.The axis is fitted by fitting the space curve to the plane and then synthesizing the space curve.(2)Hardware design.DSP(digital signal processor)is selected as the main processing chip,the high-performance TMS320F28335 chip is selected as the main processing chip,the successive approximation type analog-to-digital converter is selected as the analog-to-digital conversion chip.The high-precision differential transformer displacement sensor is selected and 16 bits A / D7656-1 chip with 6-channel precision is used for data collection.As for the communication scheme,an Ethernet network interface is choosed.The W5100 network interface chip communicates with the host computer to exchange information.A stepper motor that can control the number of steps with high precision is selected.It is equipped with a driver.The motor can be controlled by serial communication.(3)Software design and debugging.Program design and debugging are in CCS(Code Composer Studio)integrated development environment.The surface information of the shaft parts is collected,the information of the maximum bending degree is processed,and the communication with the host computer is completed,and the work of the intelligent detection module of the shaft part straightening machine is completed.
