| With the improvement of living standards,the number of upper limb dysfunction caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other reasons is increasing every year,which makes the patients unable to take care of themselves life when it is serious,and rehabilitation is the main treatment method.Grip strength is an important indicator of upper limb function.There are many quantifications and researches on grip strength so far.For many reasons,there are few researches on quantification of grip strength in clinic.In rehabilitation medicine,the recovery of upper limb muscle energy often passes subjective assessment,and there is no objective indicator to assist diagnosis and treatment.Based on previous investigations and studies,this paper designs a two-handed grip strength detection method,which acquires data through a portable acquisition device,and then processes the data from muscle explosiveness,endurance,stability,and frequency to assist doctors in diagnosis and treatment.The main work of this article:(1)Circuit design and implementation of the detection device.In order to collect the grip force data,the hardware circuit of the grip force collection device is realized by designing a power circuit,a signal processing circuit,a control circuit,and a data transmission circuit.Because the characterization force of the pressure sensor output signal is weak,it needs to be compensated,differentially amplified,and filtered.The MCU completes the signal acquisition and transmission by coordinating other module circuits.(2)Design and verification of gripping force characterization parameters.Due to the differences between the left and right hands of individuals,in order to compare themselves,a two-hand grip strength detection method is used.For the characterization of grip strength,parameters are defined from the aspects of explosive power,explosive power,endurance,stability and frequency.Data processing is realized through the LabView platform.In addition,functions such as data acquisition,data storage,data playback,and result calculation are also designed.In order to ensure the real reliability of the collected data.Perform a calibration experiment of the gripping force collection device,and use the standard air pressure as a reference to calibrate the output of the collection device.(3)Quantitative collection of grip strength data.Collect the data of hand grip strength of primary school students,junior high school students,senior high school students and college students,verify the feasibility of the quantitative test method of hand grip strength,and carry out statistical analysis.(4)Relevant preparations for clinical experiments with gripping devices.For later research and clinical needs,the function of generating reports and summarizing Excel results has been added.In clinical comparison tests,patients with upper limb dysfunction were significantly different from normal subjects. |
