| As the main means of transport, it is convenient that car has brought to the modern work and life of people. Because it can quickly provide comfortable travel conditions, most of people like it and it develop faster and faster. However, with the number of vehicles increased gradually, many social problems followed. Traffic safety, traffic congestion and environmental pollution has become the three major problems in the field of international road transport, and traffic safety is the most serious one. Unlicensed driving, drink driving, fatigue driving have became the major factor leading to accident. The thesis takes the abnormal behavior of the test and measurement system as main study, in order to reduce the incidence of traffic safety accidents and eliminate safety hazards.In the paper, an abnormal behavior of the driver test and measurement system which based on grip strength characteristics has been proposed, by looking up large amount of material about judging the abnormal behavior of the driver at home and abroad, and then detailed analysis and contrast with these data. MCU is the core of the system which is divided into common module and special module. The main function of common module include selecting mode, collecting grip signal, displaying drive status, detecting low-voltage and alarming. The module is suitable for any driver, and it easy to achieve mass production. Special module contain memory interface circuit and U disk, which function is to store the grip information from common module. Each driver has a U disk to record himself driving habits, as long as the special module is linked to common module, the system will detect the driver's driving status according to driver's grip information. And when the driver is in abnormal state, the system will send alarm signals to alert drivers to pay attention to safe driving, so the concept that"one person one parameter"could carry out.After simulating, it shows that the system has advantages, such as low power consumption, low cost, all-weather, interference etc. The system achieved the desired results and laid the foundation for the future mass production,This article is divided into seven chapters, its structure and content as follows:Chapter I: The threat is acquaint from human factors on the traffic safety by looking up a large number of literature and statistical data about the development of cars and traffic safety. And it shows that the development of abnormal behavior of the driver test measurement system is very important in reducing the incidence of traffic accidents. The system is significant to eliminate potential safety problems.Chapter II: After looking up large amount of material about judging the abnormal behavior of the driver, then detailed analysis and contrast with these methods in the literature, at the same time to balance with the laboratory environment, finally an abnormal behavior of the driver control system which based on grip strength characteristics has been proposed.Chapter III: The overall design of the system proposed in this paper, "one person one parameter ", that is, the system can be different for each test driver for driving the driving habits of state judgments. The system is divided into common module and special module in the thesis. Common modules are used to collect system's signal, display status and alarm, and special modules are used to store driver's driving information. The memory of special modules can apply in different vehicle control system, so that the concept"one person one parameter"could carry out. Once the grip characteristics is abnormal, alert as sound, light or other warning message to the driver to take appropriate measures to avoid traffic accidents.Chapter IV: The design is based on MSP430F149 MCU, its system is divided into common module and special module. Common module includes the circuit for collecting tiny signal (pressure sensor circuit, signal condition circuit), ADC (analog-to-digital converter), Man-machine interface circuit (display circuit, keys, alarm, etc.), power circuit, brown-out-detection, and so on. Special module includes memory interface circuit and memory devices, while how to select the memory to do further research in the chapter.Chapter V: In the process of developing system software, IAR EW430 is taken as the development environment, while data protection process, storage process, reading U disk, operational process and process of monitoring state has developed respectively in the thesis.Chapter VI: In the process of testing system, handheld digital storage oscilloscope HDS1022M is used to debug on the power circuit, memory circuit and supervisory circuit. Firstly, the information of grip strength characteristics when driving in normal is measured by sensor group mounted on steering wheel, and the signal stored into special modules, then calculate these data stored to obtain reference data of abnormal states. When the system detects states, it will contrast the reference data in the special module with data collected by sensor, and then determine the driver's driving states according to the rules by the author.Chapter VII: Here the main results of our study are summarized as well as inadequate and proposed direction for further research and development proposals. |
