In order to improve the reliability,safety,action timing and miniaturization of the igniter of the jamming bomb,the overall scheme of the igniter of the jamming bomb is designed,analyzed and optimized according to the working process of the jamming bomb,the comprehensive analysis of the jamming bomb environment,the action timing of the jamming bomb and the overall design requirements of the igniter in order to optimize the design of the igniter,miniaturization,parallel output and high-performance output ignition capability.Starting from the design and optimization of the overall scheme,the paper studies the contact chamber safety system,the rear seat safety system,the ignition system and the fault safety system which are independent of each other and connected in parallel and have double outputs.Three-dimensional modeling of the safety and arming mechanism of the ignition device is carried out to obtain the size,shape and quality characteristics of each part,and the rationality of the design is verified through motion simulation.According to the calculation results,the threshold value of the accelerometer and the specific value of the time window are determined.The principle prototype is processed and tested.The test results show that the ignition device is safe and reliable,and the product design meets the index requirements.Realize high energy,parallel double output and small or design of ignition device.
