Transportation is a major issue related to the people's livelihood of the country,and the smooth and unblocked transportation must be ensured.However,in order to maintain the high-speed,safe and stable operation of the network and application system of the Transport Department and its affiliated departments,the maintenance and management of the system is very important.There are many kinds of software and hardware facilities that have been put into use,and the all kinds of maintenance cost is huge every year.Therefore,it is necessary to reasonably establish the maintenance quota of information facilities.The age limit division and determination method of the equipment's coefficient out of warranty are studied based on the hierarchical agglomerative clustering.The equipment is scientifically grouped by the center of gravity clustering so as to determine the basic maintenance cost and the coefficient out of warranty,and improve the quota calculation formula.The decision of equipment maintenance risk based on discriminant analysis is discussed.By training the training samples of the equipment repaired,the discrimination model is found out,discrimination analysis tool is used to discriminate the detection samples so as to predict the maintenance risk of the equipment and strengthen the supervision of equipment with high maintenance risk in advance and formulate emergency plan.The information facilities renewal strategy based on the shortest path is analyzed,the equipment renewal planning is transformed into the shortest path,and the shortest path and optimal strategy of equipment renewal are found out by Floyd algorithm,reducing the total cost.A scientific and standardized coding system,sound operation and maintenance quota standard system for information facilities are established.The management system of information facilities maintenance quota based on data mining is designed and implemented,maintenance quota and equipment risk are calculated and predicted scientifically and conveniently.
