Research On The Evaluation Of Green Residential User Satisfaction

At present,the natural resources and energy consumed by the construction industry account for more than 50%of the world's total,and construction waste accounts for 40%of the total global waste.The air,light,and water pollution caused by the entire life cycle of buildings accounts for 34%of the world.The construction industry The problems of resource shortage and environmental degradation are becoming increasingly prominent,and this status quo is not sustainable and does not meet the requirements of green economic development.At the same time,green buildings have become a global wave,and green houses occupy a large proportion of the entire construction market.How to evaluate the satisfaction of green house users scientifically and reasonably is of great significance to the development of green buildings.Although there are many evaluation indexes for green houses,there is no comprehensive evaluation of green houses from the perspective of users.This study applies the theory of customer satisfaction to green houses,and measures and analyzes the factors affecting user satisfaction of green houses from the perspective of users.This paper takes the green house user satisfaction as the research object,and studies the domestic and foreign customer satisfaction theories,customer satisfaction evaluation models,green building evaluation systems,and factors affecting green house user satisfaction to determine the U.S.customer satisfaction index((ACSI)model is the basic model,which can fully combine the characteristics of green houses,and can make accurate measurements with a small number of samples.After constructing the green house user satisfaction evaluation model,collect relevant data through a questionnaire,and use the structural equation model to check and modify the constructed evaluation model,and then use the IPA model to explore the factors affecting user satisfaction.Enterprises provide scientific and rational basis for decision-making.In the end,this article takes the "Yangzhou·Huading Star City" project as an example.The project has obtained a three-star design logo for green buildings.The residential occupancy rate is high.It has achieved good results in terms of energy conservation,water and materials,which can fully Test the rationality and feasibility of the model.After measuring the satisfaction of the project,it was found that the overall satisfaction of the community users was relatively satisfactory.The five indicators of the community's comfort.sustainability,convenience,security,and green house image all have large Differences,and the problems reflected by these indicators are consistent with some situations encountered during the actual investigation.Then,the IPA model is used for comprehensive analysis,and countermeasures that are conducive to improving user satisfaction are proposed.
