Study On The Residence Satisfaction Of Yurts Based On Structural Equation Model

As a kind of green and practical architecture,yurts have gone through a long period of time with the Mongolian people.It carries the unique culture and tradition of nomadic people.With the development of society and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,traditional yurts have been difficult to meet the growing needs of people.only by considering the needs and wishes of yurts users can we better reflect the existence value of yurts.Based on this,this research topic from the yurt residence satisfaction point of view,construction of theoretical model of residence satisfaction,through empirical analysis to find out the key factors affecting residence satisfaction,for the sustainable development of yurts to provide a reference.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the theoretical basis of residence satisfaction,and combines the core elements of psychologist Clark's research on satisfaction and the typical customer satisfaction index model,the factors that affect the residence satisfaction of yurts are defined and analyzed.The model takes perceived quality(comfort,safety,economy and durability),perceived expectation(expectations of yurts before living)and perceived value(the actual feeling after the comparison between the quality of service accepted and the quality of service paid)as cause variables,satisfaction and cultural inheritance as result variables,and carries out 12 research hypotheses.On the basis of the model construction,this paper selects the yurts in Inner Mongolia as the empirical research object,through the design of the residence satisfaction survey scale,the formation of the questionnaire,to carry out field investigation and questionnaire survey on the pastoral areas and surrounding tourist spots in Xilingol League,Chifeng,Baotou,Hohhot and other places,and then the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0,and the common factor is extracted.On this basis,this paper uses AMOS 22.0 software to construct the structural equation model,and evaluates and modifies it.The results showed that:(1)There was a positive correlation between comfort,safety,economy and perceived value and residential satisfaction,and a negative correlation between perceived expectation and residence satisfaction,there was little correlation between durability and residential satisfaction.(2)For different living people,comfort has the greater impact on herdsmen,perceived expectation has a greater impact on the residence satisfaction of tourists,durability has the least effect on the residential satisfaction of the two groups.(3)The main factors affecting the residential satisfaction of traditional yurts from large to small are comfort,economy,safety,perceived value,perceived expectations and durability;the influencing coefficients of residence satisfaction of new yurts from large to small are economy,comfort,perceived value,safety,perceived expectation and durability.(4)The residence satisfaction level of traditional yurts was 60.88%,and residence satisfaction level of new yurts was 63.77%.Finally,combined with the actual situation,this paper puts forward the transformation strategy from the main factors that affect the residence satisfaction of yurts.
