With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway in recent years,the traffic route has reached 25,000 kilometers,which brings great convenience to people and strongly supports the development of China's economic construction.Therefore,ensuring the safe and stable operation of trains has become one of the key objectives of relevant researchers.The axle box bearing is an important part of the running part of the high-speed train.The safety of the bearing can ensure the safe operation of the train.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out research on the fault detection and diagnosis system.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the bearing structure of double-row conical roller commonly used in high-speed trains,summarizes the common fault types,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of common bearing diagnosis methods,and selects vibration signal analysis method as the diagnosis method of the system constructed in this paper.This paper also analyzes the vibration mechanism of bearing,introduces the calculation formula of rolling bearing fault characteristic frequency,and studies several basic fault diagnosis methods,such as time-domain analysis,spectrum analysis,time-frequency analysis and resonance demodulation,and applies these methods to the diagnosis system in this paper.Then,using time domain analysis,wavelet packet decomposition and EMD decomposition,the corresponding fault eigenvalues are extracted,and the eigenvalues are combined with the probabilistic neural network to establish three fault diagnosis models.The accuracy of the three diagnostic models is verified by bearing experimental data.The optimal model is selected for use in the diagnostic system of this paper.In this paper,the virtual instrument technology software LabVIEW is applied to establish the diagnosis system platform,and the mixed programming technology is applied to combine MATLAB with it to form the software system.Appropriate hardware is selected to build the data acquisition system.Finally,the virtual instrument system of rolling bearing fault monitoring and diagnosis is constructed by combining software and hardware.Through three different experiments,the software,hardware and the whole system of the system are analyzed comprehensively.The experimental results fully prove the accuracy,stability and feasibility of the system constructed in this paper,and at the same time reflect the characteristics of the system,such as comprehensive diagnosis method,friendly interface and simple operation,which show that the system has certain application value.
