| In this paper,the mathematical model of 12V240 diesel engine is established by GT-POWER module in GT-SUITE,and simulate the whole process of internal combustion engine,including inlet process gas flow,compression process pressure,temperature and heat transfer calculation,combustion process heat transfer calculation,emission concentration of combustion products,fuel injection and combustion calculation,etc.The author analyzes the main parameters and change the influence of the performance of internal combustion engine,and the optimal design has been conducted to the main parameters of internal combustion engine.This paper is divided into three parts,in the first part,the author firstly introduces the relevant knowledge of diesel engine and makes a detailed introduction to the structure of 12V240 diesel engine and the main technical parameters.Secondly,the calculation and analysis of four working process of diesel engine cylinders thermodynamic process,thermal process in intake and exhaust system and turbocharging system thermodynamic are introduced;In the second part the author has made a detailed introduction to modeling software GT-SUITE and the usage of GT-SUITE in modeling process.First of all,the most difficult part is in setting each model parameter,which requires researchers to read a large number of relevant literature and has a certain basic computer knowledge,and then run setup and calculation.The third part is the result of the calculation of the working process of the 12V240 diesel engine model analysis and performance optimization design,the simulation results are compared with the experimental results,the various performance parameters of the data error rate is very small,in the range of allowable error,pressure,temperature,power and indicator diagram are very consistent,so the established model is correct,at the same time it has made sure the best speed of diesel engine,fuel injection advance Angle,compression ratio when the diesel engine working under different conditions and distribution phase,and optimize the parameters.Through modeling and analysis,the optimal diesel engine performance parameters are selected and the ideal diesel engine with high economy and low emission is designed.Through the experimental research on the performance optimization of diesel engine under different working conditions,this paper provides the basis for enterprises and factories to improve the product performance in the future. |
