| With the all-round development of high-speed railways,the application prospects of high-speed EMUs have become increasingly prominent.More and more high-speed EMUs are put into use,which puts higher requirements on maintenance and repair in the service of high-speed EMUs.The wheel is an important part of the EMU directly in contact with the rail.During the running of the train,the wheels are constantly in contact with the rail,which is prone to rim wear,wheel diameter difference,tread damage,etc.These will threaten the safe operation of the train,so it is necessary The wheel is turned and the normal shape of the wheel is restored to ensure the safe operation and stability of the train.However,if the amount of turning is too large,the scrapping speed of the wheel will be accelerated,and the turning amount will be too small,resulting in an increase in the number of turnings and an increase in maintenance costs.Therefore,the research on the optimization strategy of the EMU wheelset turning,reduce the wheel maintenance cost,improve the safety and stability of the EMU operation,and have high economic benefits for the high-speed EMU wheelset maintenance research.Firstly,we investigated the standard of wheel-pair turning for different EMU models in China,and analyzed the CRH380B model by analyzing the same axle of the different EMU models,the same bogie,and the wheel of the same car to repair the rear wheel diameter dif-ference.Based on the wheel wear data,considering the different requirements of the EMU’s whole vehicle EMU and trailer wheel diameter difference,the vehicle model of the EMU’s whole vehicle EMU and trailer wheel pairing is formulated.The objective function is the optimal solution of the equation and the EMU is proposed.The whole wheel diameter difference wheel pair is used to repair the strategy model in real time,and data verification is given.Then the wheel tread geometry is determined by the rim thickness and wheel diameter,and is limited by the entire EMU wheel diameter difference,a wheel-pairing strategy model based on the entire wheel edge thickness and wheel diameter difference of the EMU is proposed.The real-time turning strategy of the wheelset and the rim thickness of the EMU is studied,and the data verification is given.Finally,the interactive interface of the EMU wheelset turning machine is established,and the thickness of the rim,the diameter of the wheel and the amount of wheel smashing are displayed on the computer interface. |
