In recent years,with the wide application of mechanical equipment in all walks of life,the safety of mechanical equipment in the working state gradually began to pay.The resources of traditional fault diagnosis and monitoring methods are not centralized and information block cannot be shared.And,the diagnosis often depends on expert judgment,work efficiency is limited.The fault cloud can centralize the analysis results and share them in real time.Experts make unified judgment for mechanical equipment status through the fault cloud to save human resources.Therefore,this paper designs and implements a mobile terminal system design based on cloud serving for mechanical fault diagnosis based on Android platform.The mobile terminal system design based on cloud serving for mechanical fault diagnosis realizes remote monitoring and fault diagnosis by the design of acquisition subsystem,cloud database and mobile APP.The acquisition subsystem is designed and implemented based on LabVIEW platform.Vibration intensity calculation and envelope analysis are carried out on the collected vibration signals,and completes the system's first and second level diagnosis for mechanical equipment through vibration intensity and envelope analysis.Then,the processing results and data information are uploaded to the cloud server database through the TCP/IP protocol,and a user management system is created to control the management authority of the mobile phone.Cloud server construction:firstly,ali cloud light quality server is rented,and then MySQL is configured on the server to complete the database establishment and realize data storage and sharing.Mobile terminal system development based on Android platform,and complete the functions of mobile phone classification login,detection point selection,vibration intensity trend analysis display,envelope analysis result display,fault alarm,alarm record classification processing,etc.Finally,through experiments,it is proved that the data interaction can be realized by the acquisition subsystem,cloud service terminal and mobile phone terminal,and the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of the running state of mechanical equipment can be realized by mobile terminal system design based on cloud serving for mechanical fault diagnosis.
