Confronted with the new situation of the automotive industry,the individual customization of automobile has been concerned greatly by the public with the individualization and diversification of consumers,and automobile manufacturing has changed from traditional standardization and mass production to automobile personalized manufacturing.Automobile manufacturing enterprises are confronted with the situation of insufficient manufacturing resources,low level of information and manufacturing,it is of difficulty to independently complete the manufacturing of personalized automobile for most enterprises.With the plan of China Manufacturing 2025,the manufacturing model is transformed from production to service,which led to the creation of cloud manufacturing.Cloud manufacturing is used to handle complex manufacturing tasks and large manufacturing tasks.In cloud manufacturing,service composition is the key issue that determines whether a manufacturing task is able to be accomplished successfully.Thus,it is a top priority to establish an appropriate service combination strategy.For the purpose of solving the practical problems,this thesis discusses the service combination optimization strategy and constructs the service combination optimization problem model according to the characteristics of the individual customization of automobile.Since the problem is a kind of NP-hard problems,the improved search algorithm is applied to handle it and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.This thesis focuses on the related issues of service composition strategies for the individual customization of automobile under the cloud manufacturing.The specific contents of this thesis are described briefly below:Firstly,since the individual customization of automobile mode is a supply chain management mode,the cloud manufacturing platform framework and flow chart are constructed for this feature.Besides,this thesis analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional service composition optimization strategy in the individual customization of automobile,and establishes a multi-service composition with global optimization strategy for the individual customization of automobile.So as to describe the optimization problem of multi-service composition,a QOS-based evaluation model is established by taking five factors as index which is able to meet the actural situation of the majority of enterprises.Secondly,because the optimization problem of multi-service composition belongs to NP-hard problem,for the purpose of solving such problems,this thesis combines VSA algorithm with ABC algorithm and constructs a hybrid search algorithm,which realizes the combination of global optimization and local optimization,and the algorithm is verified by using three classical function problems.Finally,in order to realize the hybrid search algorithm to solve the problem of multi-service combination.The mapping relationship between hybrid search algorithm and optimization problem is given,and the experimental consequences of several algorithms are compared.According to the result analysis,the effectiveness of the hybrid search algorithm in solving the multi-service composition optimization problem is verified.
