Individual customization is a new arisen manufacturing and marketing mode that applies the information technology and network technology. Its core is to improve service grade and satisfaction degree by fulfilling customers'special needs. Individual customization had become mainstream manufacture model day by day. And along with the widely use of internet, more and more companies setup their's sites on it. So companies can use the advantage of internet to provide the Individual customization. On one hand, it satisfied the customs'needs, on the other hand, it enhanced companies'design level and competition ability.In order to make the product press close to customers'real needs, attempt to improve the level of the individuation. This process gets over the shortcoming of conventional Analytic Hierarchy Process, make the appraisement more objectivity. the arithmetic is introduced in this paper and gave an example.4. The Bicycle Individual customization system is developed base on the Web, which is founded on the established theory frame of Individual customization Platform.
