Nowadays,science and technology are developing at a rapid pace.As an indispensable energy supply tool in human production and life,people also have higher requirements for the efficiency and output quality of inverter power supplies.Since the beginning of this century,the new generation of power electronic devices and digital control methods has developed rapidly.Inverter power is moving towards the development trend of modularization,high frequency,digitalization,and greenness.In this paper,the working principle and controller of high-frequency inverter power supply based on SiC MOSFET and single-phase SVPWM technology are analyzed in depth,and a high-frequency inverter power supply system is studied and designed.First of all,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the working principle of inverter power supply,common circuits of inverter power supply,inverter method and control method,and the single-phase SVPWM modulation algorithm and system of high frequency sinusoidal inverter power supply designed in this paper in MATLAB/Simulink.The double closed loop PI control method based on current and voltage feedback was simulated and verified.Then,the paper designs the hardware circuits of the high-frequency inverter power system.The hardware circuits are mainly divided into main circuits and control circuits.The main circuits mainly include an AC/DC rectifier circuit,a DC/AC inverter circuit and an LC filter circuit.The control circuits are mainly composed of a SiC MOSFET driving circuit,a current and voltage sampling circuit,Touch screen control circuit and control system power circuit.According to the design requirements,this paper makes a detailed calculation of the electrical parameters in the above circuit design.Based on the calculated electrical parameters and the actual situation,the devices selection in the circuit is described in detail.As the core of the control system,this paper designs a high-frequency inverter power supply software system based on the system hardware.The software system programs are mainly divided into a touch screen control program,a main program,a single-phase SVPWM modulation program,a current and voltage sampling program,and a double closed-loop PI control program.Based on the design requirements of the inverter power supply,this article takes the main controller TMS320F28335 as the basis,makes full use of the main controller resources,and designs each part of the software in the form of a program flow diagram.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of the high-frequency inverter power supply design,this paper builds a high-frequency inverter power supply system and conducts experimental tests on the system control part,driving waveforms,and power output.All parts in the experiment can work normally,and the experimental results are basically meeting the design requirements.Finally,the article summarizes the design of the article and looks forward to future research on the shortcomings in the article.
