| With the rapid development of my country’s railway industry,the increasing speed,carrying capacity and operating mileage of trains year by year put forward higher requirements for the maintenance of tracks.At present,large-scale rail inspection vehicles can achieve dynamic detection of rail lines,but their inspection items are incomplete,expensive,and inconvenient to call,so it is difficult to popularize.the use of inspection methods for inspection workers has the disadvantages of low inspection efficiency and single inspection item,And relies too much on human experience to meet the actual status quo of the current track skylight detection period.The portable automatic track comprehensive testing platform not only has complete testing items,but also can greatly improve the efficiency of track line testing and reduce the degree of human strain.Therefore,the research of the portable automatic track comprehensive inspection platform has important practical value and significance.This article takes the portable fully automatic track comprehensive inspection platform as the research object,which mainly includes the design and development of the platform hardware system and application software system.The rail inspection platform hardware system adopts a distributed structure design,that is,"core control board + data acquisition board + "Power board" architecture,this solution can reduce the mutual influence between the circuits and increase the speed of the platform.The platform is equipped with a servo motor and a lithium battery to realize automatic detection.The thesis uses the geometrical distribution of the track and the fiber optic gyroscope,inclinometer,laser ranging sensor and servo encoder installed on the track inspection platform to establish the measurement mathematical model of the system,and the track direction and High and low irregularity detection algorithm is proposed to calculate the right track attitude based on the left track attitude.In addition,the software development of the host computer is based on the Windows system,and the development tool for the window application program provided by C#(C SHAPP)is used to complete the development of the host computer application software.The platform application software adopts modular program design,with functional modules such as data reception,data analysis,data analysis and processing.Finally,the joint debugging of the software and hardware system was completed,and the prototype of the rail inspection platform was verified on the track line.Through the comparison and analysis with the measurement of the standard gauge,the gauge error range of the fully automatic rail comprehensive inspection platform was within ±0.15 Within mm,the horizontal(ultra-high)error range is within ±0.30 mm,which meets the performance requirements of the intended design. |
