Thus, there is a greater requirements on safety and quality of the track, as well as the comfort level to passengers. This will speed up the transformation of the line equipment status from static checking to dynamic inspection fundamentally.This passage mainly analysis the detection data of track irregularity, according to the line situation of Guang Zhou railway group and actual needs of the public works on maintenance management system, based on consulting a reference on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign relevant technical data. Takes GJ-4track as an example, the passage analysis the track geometry irregularity and principles of vehicle vibration acceleration and problems, developed a test data analysis software on expanding and application of the track geometry car, which can realize the transfinite repeated comparison of data seach. In addition, the software can also analyze the weak link, such as the turn out and curve, ranking and arbitrary section of the transfinite points, summarize and classify the TQI management value, and retrieval functions such as comprehensive kinds of the track irregularities. The guide line book based on the software above can guide the maintenance of the track, realize scientific management and give full play to their role in safety production.At present, the software has been applied in maintenance of line Guang Shen. The results show that the software not only saves a lot of time and manpower but also makes the work area understand the state of line effectively, thus making the problems of track under control. |
