As a key component of wind power installation ship,lock device of hydraulic latch type wind power installation ship operates in marine environment and endures random loads such as waves for a long time.However,the existence of random dynamic load directly threatens the safety of the locking device and even leads to instability or local damage of the locking device structure.In this paper,aiming at a certain type of lock device for wind power installation ship with hydraulic plug type,the dynamic characteristics of the lock device as a whole are mainly studied and the ring girder structure of the lock device is optimized.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on random wave theory and linear wave theory,the mathematical model of random wave loads on lock device is deduced theoretically and the time history of wave loads acting on lock device is simulated.(2)Based on the structural parameters of the locking device,the parametric modeling of the locking device is carried out;the operating principle and operating conditions of the locking device are analyzed and analyzed;the dynamic analysis mathematical model of the locking device is established and the model is solved.(3)Based on the dynamic theory,modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and transient dynamics analysis are carried out for the locking device.The inherent properties of the locking device,as well as the structural response and instantaneous response at resonance are calculated and analyzed to ensure that the dynamic performance of the locking device can meet the operating requirements under actual conditions.(4)Optimum design is carried out on the plate of the ring girder component of the locking device to find the optimum parameter combination based on the service performance.Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are carried out on the optimized locking device as a whole to ensure that its dynamic performance can meet the actual needs.
