Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s power industry has achieved remarkable results.With the development of computer technology,information technology and artificial intelligence technology,Made in China 2025 has proposed new development goals for the power industry.Digitalization,informatization and intelligent construction of power grids are the general trend.The construction concept of the smart grid also puts forward new technical requirements for the power distribution system and power distribution equipment.The middle cabinet is an important power distribution equipment for power plants,small and medium-sized generators,secondary substations of power systems,industrial and mining enterprises and large-scale high-voltage motors,and is the basis for digitization,information and intelligence of the entire power grid.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a smart mid-cabinet control device that supports smart grid information interconnection and sharing,and has intelligent control and fault self-diagnosis functions.This article researches and practices the design of the central cabinet control device based on the smart grid.Based on the research of the smart grid power distribution system architecture,the design scheme of the intelligent central cabinet control device is proposed according to the requirements of the smart grid technology.The device includes three main controllers,bus temperature measurement and communication conversion protocol units,and electrical energy parameter collection units.section.The main controller accepts the instructions of the field operator through the touch screen to complete the control operations of the grounding knife,handcart,and circuit breaker;at the same time,the position information of the grounding knife,handcart,and circuit breaker,the busbar live state,the system power parameter,and the communication state are passed The touch screen is displayed.In addition,the main controller can also report various working parameters of the central cabinet to the cloud server through the RTU of the communication transfer protocol module;it can also receive the remote control information issued by the cloud server through the RTU of the communication transfer protocol module to complete the grounding knife,Handcart,circuit breaker control operation.The bus temperature measurement and communication transfer protocol unit includes three parts: a transfer protocol module,a wireless temperature measurement module and an RTU module.The protocol conversion module can receive the bus temperature information collected by the wireless temperature measurement module and send it to the touch screen of the main controller after the protocol conversion to display it.In addition,the communication transfer protocol module can also exchange information with the cloud server through the RTU module,and convert the information into a MODBUS fieldbus protocol and share it with the main controller.Since the technology of electric energy parameter acquisition unit on the market has been perfected,it will not be introduced in this article.The mid-cabinet control device developed based on the smart grid has been practically tested to meet the technical requirements of the smart grid for the mid-cabinet control device,and has realized the digitization,informatization and intelligence of the mid-cabinet major,It is of great significance to promote the construction of China’s smart grid.
