With the deepening of economic globalization and reform and opening up,especially after China's accession to the World Trade Organization,the marine transportation industry has developed rapidly.At present,China has become a major shipping country in the world.The load capacity of ships is getting larger and larger,and the requirements for the specialization of port and navigation projects are getting more higher.Correspondingly,the construction requirements for port and harbor projects are becoming more stringent.As the most important mass concrete component in port and harbor engineering,the breast wall needs to be analyzed for hydration heat,studying the time history of temperature field and stress field,discussing the prevention measures against temperature cracks,and improving the safety and durability of the structure in the use process.In this paper,a certain section of breast wall is selected as the research object in the background of a port project in Qingdao.In the process of on-site pouring,temperature measuring points are arranged at different positions of the breast wall section to monitor the temperature,analyzing the temperature field distribution and change rules in the pouring process and later maintenance process,by comparing the measured data with the calculation results of the finite element software.The influence factors of hydration heat of massive concrete breast wall are analyzed by Midas FEA software,and the corresponding temperature control measures are put forward:(1)Based on the reference literature,the causes,classification characteristics and crack hazards of mass concrete cracks are summarized and summarized on the basis of predecessors.(2)According to the actual situation of the mass concrete breast wall project and the relevant literature,the relevant parameters of the finite element analysis model are determined.Through the analysis of the wall concrete by Midas FEA finite element software,the variation of the temperature field and the stress field of the mass concrete breast wall is summarized,and the targeted countermeasures can be made in advancefor the adverse effects of the hydration heat of the concrete breast wall.(3)By comparing the calculation results of Midas FEA finite element software with the measured data,the results show that the comparison between the simulated data and the measured data shows that the measured data is in good agreement with the simulated data,which also verifies the reliability of the finite element simulation analysis.(4)In order to study the influence of different factors on the temperature field during the hydration reaction of concrete breast wall,the Midas FEA finite element software was used to compare the mass of the mold,the different template materials,the ambient temperature and the different volume of the cooling pipe.The temperature field was analyzed and a series of corresponding temperature control measures were proposed.
