Intensive care unit and operating room are the main components of clean room engineering in medical field.ICU,as a department that provides intensive care and treatment for intensive care patients,can provide professional medical monitoring and treatment for patients with life danger or potential high risk factors due to many reasons.Particulate matter is the carrier of bacteria,the transmission of particulate matter is often accompanied by the transmission of bacteria,and air transmission is the main way of particle transmission.Patients in ICU have low immunity,indoor particles carry a variety of bacteria,when the concentration of particles At high levels,the risk of secondary infection is also increased.The concentration of indoor particles can be effectively reduced by individualized air supply.Based on ICU,a local air treatment device is proposed in this paper,which aims to reduce the concentration of indoor particles and reduce the probability of cross-infection.Firstly,the concentration distribution of indoor particles in ICU is analyzed and predicted from the aspects of the form of air conditioning system in ICU,the air distribution in a single room,the force of particles propagating in the air and the source of particles released in ICU,and then the concentration of particles,bacterial concentration,temperature and wind speed in a single room are tested.Then the spatial distribution and diffusion of indoor air distribution and particles are simulated by CFD numerical simulation,and the overall distribution of indoor particles is analyzed by the simulation results.The results of theoretical analysis,experimental data analysis and numerical simulation analysis show that the concentration of particulate matter in a single room is determined by the results of theoretical analysis,experimental data analysis and numerical simulation analysis.The higher area,and then determine the indoor high risk area of infection.In view of the above problems,the local air treatment device is proposed as a measure to reduce the concentration of indoor particles.The structural characteristics of common tuyere forms are analyzed.Through the analysis of different tuyere forms,louver,orifice plate and diffuser are selected as alternative tuyere.According to the idea of multivariate definition method,the purification effect of local air treatment device with different tuyere is analyzed by CFD simulation method.The treatment effect of three kinds of tuyere is compared,and the air supply angle of louver tuyere with better effect is further optimized.Simulation of particle concentration distribution at louver angle of 20°,30° and 40° by CFD software,the suggestedrange of louver angle under different activities in a single room is given.
